Daisy studied Theatre and Film Arts at the University of Alberta.

Her instruments are vox, guitar, flute, and banjo.

Her stage work includes Michael Cook’s On the Rim of the Curve and Anne Marie McDonald’s Good Night Desdemona, Good Morning Juliet.

Her film work includes Kelly Korpesio’s independent short Ponybride in the Morning.

When she isn’t treading the boards or burning up the screen, Daisy is the front-woman for all-female cover band LICKETY SPLIT.

Daisy’s solo work has taken her all over Western Canada in the past 2 years; she has shared the stage with Kinnie Starr (Cirque du Soliel), Shawna Dempsey (Winnipeg, MB), Leela Gilday (Yellowknife, NWT), Emma Wall (Australia), Carol Pope (Rough Trade), Dan Bern (New York), Oh Susanna (Toronto) amongst other performers.

Some of her past work in the studio includes back-up vocals for Luann Kowalek on her 2nd release -Late Night Heroes.

Daisy has had her song “Serpentine Diatribe” published in 4Corners: A feminist review’s 2nd release.
